All medication are administered by medication certified technicians. Our med

technicians are certified with the state of Maryland work closely with our delegating

nurse and receive training annually. Our delegating nurse reviews each residence

medication within 48 hours of admissions into facility.

Our nurse also visits every 45 days.

At Dave’s socialization and exercise is important to us. Not only is it beneficial to our

resident, but it is a way for us to bond and create a family atmosphere. Exercising is one

of the key factors in maintaining and improving resident physical and mental health so

that they can lead a longer healthy life. We keep a calendar full of events that rotate

every month. We offer morning activities, outdoor activity and an outing each day.

Available throughout the day, our card, games, puzzles, coloring, and other mind

stimulating activities for the residence.

At Dave’s, we sit with each family and create a personalized plan for each resident

ranging from their diet, their hobbies and favorite activities so that the resident

experiences a smooth transition into the facility. It’s important that the resident has a

sense of peace while away from home.

Having personalized care, provides a peace of mind, faster healing, allows for one on

one attention, encourages resident engagement, independence, companionship, and

improves quality of life.

At Dave’s, we also schedule daily FaceTime or zoom calls with loved ones and friends

which is a great option to keep in touch with family that live long distance and routine

visits with those with busy schedule.

Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends.

The care may last anywhere from a few day to several weeks at a time.

Respite care takes place at our facility.

Daily rate: $150 (includes- food, activities, transportation and single private room)
